As it is a well known fact that these stimulants make it more difficult for an individual to sleep. If you think alcohol is the answer then think again, as it disrupts the natural sleeping cycle. Exercise regularly, go for a bike ride or a walk doing the day, and feel relaxed so that you can get a peaceful sleep at night.
